Alfredo
Alfredo has been one of classic dishes for years. I make Alfredo a bit different than most, but the taste is rarely ever questioned. This maybe the recipe I am asked most about. The full details and instructions are in the link below. Be prepared for bacon, shallots, garlic, bell pepper and a few other ingredients make this one the best alfredo sauces you will ever make. Risotto
Risotto can be made numerous ways. I make a few different versions, but this one is my favorite. Risotto is such a classic dish. It can used as a main course of one the best sides you can eat. Not everyone has made Risotto as it does take time to make, but I assure you if you use this recipe, you will be hooked. My personal favorite is to use this as a side with a good steak. A full course Risotto will be soon posted using shrimp and scallops as well.

Sausage and Beans
Sausage and Beans is on the favorites in the house. This a great was way to make some beans very happy. This a simple one pan dish that is easy to make and will not disappoint you. It is great the next day too!

These are not your average stuffed peppers. These are world class. When you think stuffed peppers, beef and rice come to mind.
